Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Kristin Johnson Fitness LLC at https://kristinjohnsonfitness.com (the “Site”), including digital products, coaching programs, training sessions, memberships, and consultations.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Coaching Programs (1:1, Grit & Glitter, Unchained, Self-Led Programs)

All coaching programs — including 1:1 coaching, online coaching, and self-led programs — are non-refundable.

When you join a coaching program, you are getting immediate access to intellectual property, guidance, systems, and coaching resources. Because of this, all payments are final.

If your program includes a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

2. Digital Products, PDFs, Guides, and Self-Led Courses

All digital products, downloads, and online courses are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of the materials.

This includes:

- PDF guides

- E-books

- Nutrition resources

- Training templates

- Mobility/Accessory programs

- Self-led modules

Once delivered, they cannot be returned.

3. Training Sessions (In-Person or Virtual)

Session payments and punchcards are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a session, please do so according to the scheduling or cancellation guidelines outlined at the time of purchase or in your client agreement.

Sessions must be used within the listed expiration period (if applicable).

Expired sessions are not refundable.

4. Group Classes

All group-class payments, drop-ins, and punchcards are non-refundable.

Unused classes or no-shows cannot be credited or refunded.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product or program:

This does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for services or products delivered is considered a breach of these terms.

Before submitting any dispute, you agree to email me first to resolve any issues directly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in revoked access and possible legal action.

7. Program Cancellations by Me

I reserve the right to remove or decline a client from a program if necessary (behavioral issues, inappropriate conduct, non-payment, etc.). Refunds in these cases are determined at my discretion.
