Single flex session option

$45/ea

I offer a single-session flex option at $45 for maximum convenience. This allows you to book a session whenever I have availability—no monthly commitment. Flex sessions are priced higher than membership sessions because they don’t reserve a weekly spot and are designed for occasional use.

group classes

$15/ea

We offer two group strength classes each week that can be taken in conjunction with training sessions or on their own.

These 1/2 hour classes work toward the same theory that 2 – 30-minute sessions of high-intensity strength training, along with proper diet and lifestyle changes, designed for clients who want to achieve maximum results. All levels welcome.

Weekly Class Time:

Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.

Training Policies

No contracts, initiation fees, cancellation fees, or gym membership fees.

How Billing Works
Monthly billing reserves your spot each week — you’re not paying per session; you’re paying for your consistent place in the schedule and a guaranteed time slot.

Because the calendar naturally includes extra training days throughout the year, missed sessions due to holidays, sickness, or travel do not reduce the value of your membership — it all balances out across the year.

*Most clients receive an average of 8–9 extra training days over the course of a year (those 5-Tuesday or 5-Friday months). Because of this, occasional missed sessions don’t reduce your value — you’re welcome to reschedule when possible, but make-ups aren’t required or owed.

Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.

This gives you:

• A guaranteed weekly session time

• Consistent progress

• Simple, predictable payments

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move a session:

- Cancel/reschedule by 5pm the day before your session

- After 5pm the day before: the session counts as used

- Sessions can be moved within the same billing cycle if you’re out of town, have kid stuff, or your week gets messy

I’ll always try to help you move things when possible, but reschedules depend on availability.

Travel, Vacations & Busy Seasons

- Sessions within the same billing cycle can be moved around when schedules allow

- Week-long travel (or longer) may roll unused sessions forward up to 60 days

- Travel-friendly workouts are always available in the Client Hub

- Monthly billing continues during travel because your weekly time slot is reserved, and occasional missed sessions do not reduce the value of your membership (most clients receive 8–9 extra sessions per year)

Pausing or Canceling

Need to pause or cancel your membership? Just give 48 hours notice before your next billing date.

Payments that have already run aren’t refundable, but you’re always welcome to finish your remaining sessions, put them on hold up to 6 months, or transfer them to a friend/family member.

Holidays & Coach Time Off

I take 1–2 planned weeks off per year and major holidays are closed.
Monthly billing already accounts for this — just like months that include an extra training day at no extra cost.

Travel-friendly workouts are always available in the Client Hub.
