1x/week = $175/mo
2x/week = $330/mo
3x/week = $450/mo

Your session time is reserved just for you each week.
You’re not paying per session. You’re paying for a consistent spot in my schedule so your training stays on track (like daycare or a gym membership).
Monthly payments = consistent progress + simple billing.
Some months you’ll get extra sessions (like those 5-Tuesday weeks). Other times, life happens and you might miss one. It all balances out across the year.
*Most clients get 8–9 bonus sessions annually. That’s why occasional missed sessions don’t reduce value.
No Shows & Cancellations
Cancel by 5pm the day before your session.
After that = session counts as used.
Your time is valuable to me and to other clients.
Rescheduling:
If canceled before 5pm the day prior, sessions can be moved within the same billing cycle, if space allows.
I’ll always try to help, but reschedules depend on availability.
Travel, Vacations & Busy Weeks
• You can shift sessions around within the same month when possible
• Out for a full week (or longer)? You can roll sessions forward up to 60 days
• Travel-friendly workouts are always available in your app or the Client Hub
• Monthly billing continues during travel — your time slot is still yours
Pausing or Canceling
Need to pause or cancel? Just give 48 hours’ notice before your next auto-payment.
Once a payment has run, it’s non-refundable — but you can:
• Finish your remaining sessions
• Put them on hold for up to 6 months
• Gift them to a friend or family member
Holidays & Coach Time Off
I take 1–2 planned weeks off per year.
We’re also closed for major holidays.
No makeups are required — those breaks are already factored into your membership.
