I coach strength training for busy adults who want real strength without living in the gym.

Most people are told they need 5–6 days a week in the gym to see results. That’s not true for most adults... and it’s why so many people quit.

Traditional programs fall apart because they’re either impossible to maintain or so overwhelming people don’t even start.

GROUP CLASSES

In addition to personal training, we offer two group strength classes each week that can be taken in conjunction with training sessions or on their own.

These 1/2 hour classes work toward the same theory that two 30-minute sessions of high-intensity strength training, along with proper diet and lifestyle changes, designed for clients who want to achieve maximum results. All levels welcome.

Weekly Class Times:

Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
