Hi- I'm Kristin

Like a lot of women, my relationship with food, exercise, and my body has been... complicated.

I DIDN'T GROW UP THINKING I'D BE A PERSONAL TRAINER.

I just knew I wanted to feel strong.

But here I am over a decade deep in the fitness world.

I’m a strength and behavior change coach who helps women lose weight- but more importantly, I help them stop chasing smaller, and start building stronger.

To stop sacrificing muscle for skinny. To take up more space, not less.

HOW I GOT HERE

Growing up, I was always moving.

Fast AF on the swim team, doing lunges before bed, playing every sport that made me feel strong: softball, volleyball, diving, Tae Bo with Billy Blanks (you know the vibe).

But like so many women, life threw some curveballs. Hard things happened. I lost myself for a while.

I did what I thought I was supposed to do:

✔️ Went to college, got married, had kids.

✔️ Tried every diet (yes, even the sketchy ones).

✔️ Felt like I was always failing, like my body was the problem.

I wasn’t just trying to fix my body. I was trying to fix my soul.

Spoiler: That doesn’t work.

ROCK BOTTOM & BREAKING CHAINS

Ya know, finding out that rock bottom has a basement wasn't super awesome. And while that place felt like despair, it's also where I started to break the chains.

Deep down, I always knew I was meant to help people heal. As I started healing on the inside, my outside world fell apart. My marriage was ending. My job didn't fulfill me. I was doing everything I could to be happy....but still felt hollow.

In a last-ditch effort to make money and stay home with my kids, I signed up as a Beachbody coach (we don’t talk about it).

But it reconnected me with my inner athlete.

Eventually I hired a personal trainer and something clicked.

I remembered that feeling. The one I had as a kid when I was strong, fast, capable. For the first time in years, I felt I was becoming me again.

✔️ I stopped training to shrink. I started training to grow.

✔️ I stopped punishing myself with food and started fueling for strength.

✔️ I stopped trying to hate myself into change and started becoming someone I respected.

I didn’t just want this for me. I wanted to help other women rise, too.

To break the chains of diet culture, break the invisible chains of what holds us back in our minds.

BECOMING A COACH

I was in the middle of a workout when I thought: I could do this. I told my coach. He said, “No way. This is harder than you think. You’ll never pass a certification during a divorce.”

... Yeah no.

If there’s one thing about me—it’s this: when I believe in something, I make it happen.

So, in the middle of my divorce, I became a certified trainer.

I trained at a High-Intensity Training gym and knew this was the style I wanted to bring to the world—but with my own spin.

It gave me freedom to be present for my kids. It gave me purpose. And it gave me a platform to do what I was born to do: help people heal.

I started in my basement. People thought I was nuts. “Are you sure you don’t want a real job?” They meant well. But in my mind, failure wasn’t an option.

✔️ I had clarity.

✔️ I had belief.

✔️ I had ADHD hyper-focus and a wild imagination to drive it home.

By 2016, I was out of the basement and into a private gym—and I’ve been growing ever since.

MY COACHING STYLE

I train anyone who wants to get stronger.

Big sister energy meets strength, structure, and strategy with a proper amount of woo ✨

I see the whole person—not just their weight or workout.

Most women come to me to “tone up” or lose weight.

But what they really need? Support. Accountability. Behavior change. Someone who sees them.

Permission to want more.

That’s why I created Unchained. A 12-week transformation experience for women ready to stop getting in their own way and actually feel strong—in their body, mind, and life.

Because fitness should make you feel better, not worse.

Because you're not broken - you're just buried under bullshit that wasn't yours to carry.

And I’m really damn good at helping women break free from it.

THINGS I KNOW FOR SURE...

✔️ You don’t need another diet plan. You need one that works in real life—not just in a perfect world.

✔️ You don’t need to live at the gym. You need intensity, consistency, and a plan.

✔️ You are not broken. The fitness industry profits off your insecurity. You’re not the problem.

✔️ You don’t have to be at war with yourself. When you stop fighting your body and start working with it—everything changes.

BEYOND THE GYM...

I’ve got three amazing teens, two dogs, ADHD, a lip gloss obsession, and an undying love for sparkles and 90s rap (yes, I’ll out-rap you to Hypnotize).

I also have:

✔️ A past filled with overtraining and diet culture.

✔️ A few injuries that taught me how to train smarter.

✔️ An obsession with simplifying fitness so it actually works for real, busy lives.

If you’re tired of starting over, feeling stuck, or wondering if lasting change is even possible—you’re in the right place.

I’ve taken all the winding roads so you don’t have to.

If you're ready to get strong (for real, not just for photos) this is your place. Let's break the rules. Build the muscle. And take back what diet culture tried to steal.

Ready to live Unchained? Let’s do this.

You don’t need another complicated plan or hours in the gym.

You need a simple, proven approach that actually works.
