MY APPROACH:

I coach strength training for real adults with real lives.

I don’t coach punishment, or gym-as-a-personality. I build programs for real humans with real schedules and real priorities.

Most people are told they need 5–6 days a week in the gym to see results. That’s not true for most adults... and it’s why so many people quit.

Traditional programs fall apart because they’re either impossible to maintain or so overwhelming people don’t even start.

Here’s the good news: You can get incredible results in way less time.

My training is intense (just not endless).

We train hard on purpose, recover on purpose, and don’t chase exhaustion for its own sake.

My training is built around 2x/week, 30-minute sessions because effort, progression, and consistency matter more than volume.

You’ll build strength, improve fitness, and feel in control of your progress without extreme programs, endless cardio, or food rules that don’t fit real life.
