I’m Kristin.

I’m a strength and fitness coach who helps women break free from restrictive dieting, find their power in and out of the gym, and build a sustainable, enjoyable approach to nutrition — whether the goal is fat loss, muscle, or just feeling human again.

I built this program out of my own Monday-starts, scale meltdowns, and mirror battles.

I know what it’s like to do everything “right” and still feel stuck.

FAQ

Do I have to count calories, take progress photos, or weight myself?

Nope! You have complete control over what you do or don’t do. Even if your goal is weight loss, there are ways to track progress without using a calorie-counting app, taking photos, or stepping on a scale. We'll decide what's best for you together. If you’re curious about different tracking methods, we can discuss options during your free intro call.

What if I don't have a weight loss goal? Is nutrition coaching still for me?

Absolutely! Not all of my clients are focused on weight loss, and that’s perfectly okay. Many have goals like taking better care of themselves through nutrition or supporting their training and performance. Whatever your goal is, we’ll tailor our work to meet your specific needs.

Will I have to lift weights or join a gym?

This program does not require strength training. We work together to find the best exercises and movement plan for your life. We focus on creating the habit of daily movement doing something that you enjoy. If you want to lift weights - an app based strength training plan is included with the option to upgrade to a fully customized program or add zoom sessions. If you're training from home, you'll need basic equipment. However- if you're able to get a membership to a gym - it's generally more equipped for a better workout.

Can I train with you in person if I live in Grand Rapids?

Yes. You can choose to train with me in person. Most clients train 1-2x per week.

What happens after 12 weeks?

Most women stay beyond 12 weeks. If you want continued support, you can move into Mastery (6 months) — invite-only and offered after your initial round.
