Is there a guarantee?

Because your results in this program require you do do the work, there are no refunds. This program works when you do. I’ll bring the expertise, plan, and support. You bring commitment and effort. That’s the combo that changes everything.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes- if we decide it's a good fit for you, we'll discuss payment options.

Do I need to have a gym membership?

No. We work together to find the best exercises and movement plan for your life. I'll set you up with training plans from home or the gym. However- a gym is generally more equipped for a better workout if you're able to get a membership to one. Beyond strength training- we focus on creating the habit of daily movement doing something that you enjoy.

Can I train with you in person if I live in Grand Rapids?

Yes. Regular training rates apply.
